| Thank you for entering A.J's Barology website. On our site you will find the perfect bartenders for your perfect event. We specialize in all bartending needs; from a special drink for your private party,to your champagne toast at your wedding. Our bartenders will be available to you and your guests for the duration of your event and billed at an hourly rate or flat fee. Gratuity is not included, and it is up to the client's discretion. Bar service provides and beverage catering service to all types of events and occasions. Our packages include the following amenities and services: - Professionally trained bartenders, - A complete wine and spirit listing of your choice, - A beverage menu suited for your occasion, - A professional bar setup to accommodate volume order, - Proper uniform bar staff - Will provide all ice, plastic glassware and other bar equipment, - Setup will include cocktail napkins, stirrers, straws, etc, - Fresh fruit garnishes, e.g. olives, lime, lemon, cherry, oranges, etc, - Bar setup and cleanup after event. Allow half-hour for set-up and half-hour for clean-up. RATES: $150.00 for the first 4 hours PER 50 guests. Any hours after that is $25.00 per hour and per staff. Rates will vary during HOLIDAYS. Holidays are: - New Years Eve - December 31st - Christmas Eve/Christmas - December 24-25th - Thanksgiving - November 28th - Independence Day - July 4th - Memorial Day Weekend - Halloween - October 31st - Labour Day Weekend. $180.00 for the first 4 hours. Any hour after that is $35.00 per hour and per staff. Securing your event deposit information. To reserve A.J's Barology for you event, we require a $25.00 deposit PER staff which will be credited toward your final balance. If you cancel your event, 72 hours prior to the date of the event, A.J's Barology will refund the full amount deposit. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to the date of event you may be responsible for payment in full. |
